IEEE Symposium on “Power Electronics and AI”

The School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering , REVA University, successfully organized an IEEE Symposium on “Power Electronics and AI” on 26 February 2026 at REVA Institute of Technology and Management, Bengaluru. The symposium focused on emerging applications of Artificial Intelligence in the field of power electronics and modern electrical engineering systems. The session featured Dr. Prema V., Associate Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru, as the resource person. During the session, participants gained valuable insights into the integration of AI techniques with power electronic systems, intelligent control strategies, automation, and future technological advancements in the energy and power sector. The symposium created an interactive platform for students and faculty members to understand current research trends, industrial applications, and innovation opportunities in AI-driven power electronics.
