Industrial Visit for B.Com and M.Com (Batch 2)

The School of Commerce organized an Industrial Visit for B.Com and M.Com (Batch 2) students on February 28, 2026, to KMF Mother Dairy. The visit was conducted from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with the objective of providing students practical exposure to real-world industrial operations and bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

During the visit, students were introduced to the functioning of the dairy industry, including milk procurement, processing, quality control, packaging, and distribution systems. The officials at the dairy explained various stages involved in maintaining hygiene standards, cold chain management, and the use of modern technology in large-scale production. Students also gained insights into supply chain management, inventory control, and operational efficiency within the organization.

The visit proved to be highly informative and engaging, enabling students to understand the practical aspects of business operations in the dairy sector.
