The school of Management Studies Organised an Industrial Visit for BBA Second Semester ( Section A and B) students to TVS Motor Company Ltd. on 16 April 2025
TVS Motor Company Ltd., a flagship company of the TVS Group, is the third-largest two-wheeler manufacturer in India. Established in 1978 and headquartered in Chennai, the Hosur plant is one of its main manufacturing hubs. The plant specializes in two-wheelers and three-wheelers, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendly technology and automation. TVS is globally recognized, and the only two-wheeler manufacturer awarded the prestigious Deming Prize for Total Quality Management (TQM). The Hosur plant is known for its sustainable initiatives like the Sacred Forest and for housing TVS’s R&D center focused on electric mobility and performance innovation.
