Research Project

My research domain lies at the intersection of computational biology, artificial intelligence, and therapeutic discovery, with a particular focus on long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in oral cancer and gut microbiome-based therapeutics. I develop machine learning algorithms, AI-driven integration frameworks, and bioinformatics software tools for multi-omics data analysis, spanning genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and microbiome datasets. This enables the identification of biomarkers, disease mechanisms, and therapeutic targets, while also advancing strategies for precision oncology and microbiome interventions. Broadly, my work bridges AI, omics science, and translational medicine, contributing to innovative healthcare and next-generation therapeutics.
