Dr. K. R. Dasegowda is an Assistant Professor at REVA University, Bengaluru, whose research primarily focuses on bioinformatics, computational biology, and biomaterials. His work integrates multi-omics data analysis, network biology, and artificial intelligence to identify disease biomarkers and therapeutic targets, particularly in cancer and antimicrobial resistance. He has contributed to studies involving transcriptomic insights, molecular docking, and in-silico screening of phytocompounds for drug discovery, alongside research on nanocomposites and biomaterials for biomedical applications. With a growing portfolio of interdisciplinary publications and interests spanning precision medicine and computational drug design, Dr. Dasegowda’s research aims to bridge data-driven biology and translational health sciences.
